Always fascinated with homes and architecture, I became a journeyman carpenter in the 1970s and worked with a local architectural firm’s (Warner and Gray) construction crew building custom homes in Montecito. From concrete to finish, I loved it all, but I didn't want to do it for the rest of my life. My favorite realtor and good friend, Wm. P. R. Smith, convinced me that selling real estate was not only something that I would enjoy but, with my construction background and communication skills, I would do well. After over 40 years of helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs, I continue to find it an exciting career.
Having represented hundreds of buyers and sellers from all walks of life, my areas of expertise encompass all price ranges of estates, homes, land and condos in Montecito, Santa Barbara, Goleta, Summerland and Carpinteria.
